I like your living room stage and the feeling of warmth at home

I’m a huge fan of Wes Swing, so it’s all pretty great. There are soaring moments when Wes is playing and singing in his unique voice and his collaborator is harmonizing in soul enlarging ways. There were these moments in this concert and as always, they were transcendent!

Hi All, thanks for checking out my concert window! As you may already know, I'm a singer, cellist, songwriter, recently filmmaker, and composer from Charlottesville, Virginia. My new full-length album And The Heart is a blend of cello and guitar songs with production and analog electronics by Paul Curreri and backing vocals by Devon Sproule. The album is about darkness and light, sadness and joy, and looking for beauty and connection. "The compositions, pieced together very carefully, are orchestral without orchestra. They are movements, and they are moving. They take place in that grey area between pop and symphonic." - No Depression.

My musical journey began as a four-year-old violinist when I developed an early appreciation for classical music, and later found true musical love in playing and composing for cello while studying Latin at university. After graduating with a Latin degree, I taught for three years before quitting my teaching job and turning to music full time. Recent projects have included composing for modern dance, and directing my first short film, a music video for the song "Sing to Me".
