Dear Concert Window and Owner Ed. I think the owner is Ed, since Amanda mention you by name. Amanda and the band was great, but I will not watch another concert at Down East.

The audience was rude to Amanada and the band and to me, and anyone else trying to watch and listen and enjoy hearing the group. the talking was very annoying while the show was going on. clapping and cheering sure, no problem, but i do not understand why people come to a show and have to talk during the performance. i watch alot of concert window shows at cafe lena and club passim and this would not be. Ed, your bio, says have conversation before and during the break, as you promoto LISTENING. does this happen at every show? Glad you have a nice club since 1976, as to me, this is more of bar scene with the music, not the main attraction. Disappointed, and disappointed that Chuck Brodsky was conceled last week, but that is not my main issue. Chuck is a good friend. I wonder how he would of reacted to all the talking if it happened to him. Sinceley Mike of Maryland, where at the Birchmere in VA, one of the premier music halls in America this would not happen either. Gary would not put up with it.

What was your favorite part of the performance? Had to stay home because of the flu after looking forward to it for weeks. It was outstanding. Just the type of heartfelt show one would expect from these great songwriters and artists. Come back soon!
