This was my first time with Concert Window, although I have been seeing your reviews on YouTube. I enjoyed the pace of the instruction, and only reached out to put you on pause once or twice (before I realized I couldn't). It was wonderfully informal, and I felt warmly welcomed into your home. I'll be back.

Good review of about a half dozen tunes. I really look forward to these OT tunes cause most don't get played in my area. Ramps looked good too!

What was your favorite part of the performance? I only got to watch about 30 seconds of the preview before it started buffering. That's when I decided there would have been no benefit to buying a ticket with my slow internet connection.

What was your favorite part of the performance? I really like reviewing tunes I have half-learned. It encourages me to work harder to get them under my fingers and officially added to repertoire. And Erynn is very engaging.

Erynn Marshall is an old-time fiddler who lives in Galax, Virginia and is known nationally and beyond for her traditional music. Her tunes are becoming common repertoire in fiddle circles and she is also a sought after teacher. Erynn learned the nuances of Appalachian old-time fiddling from rare recordings and visiting 80-95 year-old southern fiddlers for decades. Still she puts her own spin on the traditional music she plays – sounding authentic, archaic and transportive while playing in a smooth and effortless way. Erynn performs at festivals and music camps around the globe and often tours with her husband - songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Carl Jones. Erynn has won fiddle championships including 1st place fiddle at “Clifftop” (The Appalachian Stringband Festival) and was the first woman to do so. She has recorded six albums and appeared in four films (Voices of Virginia, the Clifftop Experience I’ll Fly Away Home plus the upcoming Never Met a Stranger). Erynn, who is rarely home, recently toured in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and China. www.dittyville.com
