A Viewers Guide For The Elderly

Okay, Gramps. You've made it this far and we're proud of you. Watching a live show on Concert Window might seem a little daunting at first, but don't worry - it's just a few easy steps away. Follow our instructions below and remember to turn that hearing aid to 11.

Step 1. Go to www.concertwindow.com and click the red "sign up" button at the top right hand corner of the screen.

Step 2. Input your email address, choose a user name and a password and hit "continue." If you have a Facebook account, you can sign in automatically with that - either way is fine. (Don't worry, we won't do anything with your email address and we certainly won't do anything fishy with your Facebook account. We're a team of six musicians, not the NSA.)

Step 3. Once you login, you'll be back on the homepage. You can find the show you want to watch in a number of ways:

       * search for the artists name in the search bar

       * click on the show (if it's on the homepage)

       * or select the show from the drop-down schedule at the top left of the screen

Step 4. Now you're on the show page. We're nearly there! Hit the "Pay What You Want" button and complete the payment form to secure your ticket. The CVC is the last 3 digits on the back of your card.

Please note: Concert Window does not store any of your credit card details. All payments are processed through an external money transfer application called Stripe. Stripe is the safest, most hassle-free money transfer system around. If you're still not convinced, check out this list of companies using it. We promise everything will be okay.

Step 5. Thats it! You're in. Sit back, relax and enjoy the show, and thanks for supporting Concert Window and our artist community.

Having issues? If you are having difficulty viewing the show once you have purchased a ticket and the show has supposedly begun, try refreshing your browser. Chances are, this will solve the issue and you should be able to view the show.

If the image is cutting in and out and the quality is low, but everyone else in the chat window seems to be getting a good feed, check your internet download speed at www.speedtest.net. If your download speed is below 2Mbps chances are, the issue is with your internet speed. Please don't post negative comments in the chat box if the issue is at your end. Unfortunately we can't increase your download speed - only your internet provider can.

Come again soon.
