Noel Paul Stookey and Music2Life Foundation present "Backstage at Berkeley" on April 16

By Dan Gurney - April 11, 2014

Sneak backstage at Berkeley Freight & Salvage in SFO…Noel Paul Stookey (Peter, Paul & Mary) takes you there for a 15-minute peek at the current state of social justice music and how a unique organization, Music2Life, is disrupting the traditional cause-music scene.

Noel Paul will also introduce you to artist educator, Rachel Garlin and music from the “next generation” of young activist artists she teaches. Plus you’ll have a chance to contribute lyrics to a song on immigration reform.

Finally, you’ll be among the first to snag tickets for Music2Life’s SOUNDTRACK social justice concert series, launching on June 12th live from Poor David’s Pub in Dallas, TX (and on Concert Window of course). Noel Paul Stookey will be there with the Texmaniacs and Gina Chavez for a musical spotlight on immigration reform. Join us on 4/16 for more details.
