When I first started listening, it felt like the concert was meant for me. I am struggling with a break up from a couple months ago and I was jetlagging heavily from just arriving back in New Hampshire after a nine month stint in China. The way you both filled the screen with your presence and let it overflow the boundaries of these fancy electronic machines into my heart restored my spirit. Although very stressed and sad, "sometimes with the wrong keys, the door unlocks" gave me hope and i was able to relax enough during wondrous love to fall asleep. it was the lullaby i needed. later my ex called me and told me our friend got out of prison after 50 days, hurray!, and i was able to tell her again that i care for her and that the other night was challenging for me emotionally. im holding on to the love i have for her and allowing that to be an honest communication that i want her to be happy and loved whether we are together or not. Thank you for sharing your spirit with all of us. You inspire me to be a musician and although right now its hard to see how my music could ever be half of what yours is, i know that you have felt the same way before with other bands and staying true to yourself while carrying on relentlessly is the only way to reach my goals. i love you guys. thanks for moving the ether and sharing the vibrations full of loving intent. love, charlie

What was your favorite part of the performance? I totally loved that y'all responded to our comments, really felt a personal touch there. And, of course, the songs were awesome! (I also really loved hearing the works in progress!) Random idea, have you all ever covered "Ojala que llueva cafe en el campo"? Might be a really fun song with the whole band (not sure how you all feel about covers, either).

Hey everybody, thanks for checking out our Concert Window site. As many of you know, Suz and I have been fronting a band called David Wax Museum for almost a decade. Hey everybody, thanks for checking out our Concert Window site. As many of you know, Suz and I have been fronting a band called David Wax Museum for almost a decade. We're known for our exuberant Mexo-American dance rock with Suz playing a donkey jawbone and me on the jarana, a small Mexican guitar I picked up in Veracruz while studying Mexican folk music. We've traveled the world because we love connecting with people and spreading the joy of music.

For the last two-and-a-half years we've been touring with our little daughter and a full rock band to back us up. As you might imagine, traveling as a family has been both a challenging and rewarding chapter of road life for us. But, the big Guesthouse tour for our most recent album is wrapping up and we're looking forward to spending more time at home, working on writing a new record and exploring other ways to support our artistic lifestyle. That's where Concert Window comes in. And most importantly, where YOU come in.

Join us for some songs from the comfort of our living room to yours. Send us requests, try to stump us with old songs from our back catalog, or just sit back and enjoy an acoustic performance by the two of us. Thanks for continuing to support what we do. We hope you enjoy the music, and hey, maybe this will become a regular thing.
