I love the history of these musicians, collecting the music of the past and presenting it so wonderfully for us. The banjos are fabulous but so is everything else they do... and the harmony singing! Thanks to all!

Never saw these folks before, but I love their playing, singing and the wonderful history and real knowledge they provide along with the music.

Superb harmonies are backed by instrumental virtuosity on the acoustic & electric guitar, five-string banjo, mandolin, cello banjo, ukulele, percussion and many other instruments. They are ready to engage and entertain audiences of all ages, with a broad following in family music and in American Roots styles. Top it off with a witty stage presence and warm audience rapport and you’ve got a well loved music duo.
They’ve earned two Grammy® Awards, in 2004 and 2005 for “cELLAbration: a Tribute to Ella Jenkins” and for “ Bon Appétit!”. In 2003, they were GRAMMY® nominated for their CD, “Postcards” in the Best Traditional Folk Album category. They received another GRAMMY® nomination in that category for ”Banjo Talkin’”. The duo has just released their 44th recording, "DANCIN' IN THE KITHCEN: songs for ALL families".
