Once again, everything. Last night’s “Deeper Than the Skin” show was valuable enough to me that I tuned back in tonight to hear it again. As Reggie said, “We still have a long way to go.” Shows like this one help us refuel on the journey. My thanks to Reggie and Greg and to Cafe Lena for the show and for the streaming that lets me hear it in Portland, Oregon. Also, it was fun to hear Mark Morrison-Reed quoted—he’s an old friend. Warm regards, Lorna Fossand

I'm going to try to catch the whole show tomorrow. I could hear Reggie's singing at the end, but when he and Greg were talking, it was hard to distinguish their words from ambient noise.

Thank you, Reggie Harris and Greg Greenway. (I DO want hear what you have to say! ;-)) I enjoyed the show so much last night that I tuned in for it again tonight and told my brother about it. Thank you also to Cafe Lena for the steaming that lets me hear great shows from the other side of the country now, many years since I lived anywhere near close enough to make the drive to you.

Visitor's to our 19th century building in the heart of Saratoga's historic district climb the stairs to the 2nd floor and enter a room where a world-class performer is only feet away from the audience, where they can see every movement of fingers on frets and feel a foot tapping rhythm on the stage.

Run by a small paid staff, a Board of Directors, and an ever-evolving team of volunteers, the caffe is proud to stay true to Lena’s founding vision of simplicity, kindness to strangers, and art above profit. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and we welcome your tax-deductible donations!
