It wasn`t! We watched the screen window blink for almost 20 minutes then a few seconds it would play and back to flicker again. Very disappointing to say the least.

I donated $10.00 but could not see or hear the program. I waited and tried again, waited and tried again. After about 20 minutes I shut my computer.

If I could give 0 star, I would. We had technical difficulties which prohibited us from seeing the concert except for a few glimpses . We actually watched the concert on You Tube instead. Quite disappointing.

Bio

Brambling is the Brooklyn-based trio of Tess Clancy on fiddle, JP Gilbert on guitar and Alex Hills on accordion. Possibly the only American Old Time band to feature a piano accordion, the group's repertoire (most traditional with a few choice originals thrown in the mix) ranges from bouncingly lively (oom-pa, oom-pa) to dark and droning.

Clancy was raised—in Michigan's Upper Peninsula—on a diet of Irish and contra dance music and discovered the Old Time scene after moving to the East Coast (Philly/NY) in 2006. Gilbert plays everything from Dolly Parton to death metal (his previous bands include JP and the Gilberts, a country five-piece and JACK, which was once crowned the "loudest band in Brooklyn"). Alex Hills grew up a jazz piano prodigy and a decade ago picked up the accordion as a new muse. Hills also toured with JP and the Gilberts.
