Loved the selection of songs, the charismatic talents of Q2IV, the fact that it was a live downstream and delivered spontaneously. The penultimate song "Stream for Forever" hopefully looks ahead to the continued online availability of Q2IV concerts in the future.

What was your favorite part of the performance? The songs and the performances were all great. I would really like to be able to listen to it and watch it again. If I could download it, I would really like to have it in my file. I was a little disappointed that the production quality of the video was not up to the standard set by the performances. Obviously, funding affects all of this. On the one hand it was nice and intimate. On the other hand, the static camera bothered me. Some closeups and some other angles would definitely add variety. Altogether, however, I was really happy to have been invited. Let's do it again! pbh

Fusing the styles of jazz, pop and showtunes, Quarter to Four takes a narrative approach to vocal performance, performing original songs from the musical plays of Rick Knight and covers of songs from films and plays that convey a story. The quartet spans three generations from boomer to millennial and draws from the strengths and focus of the musicology of each era. Influences range from Bacharach to Sondheim, Beatles to Steely Dan, Billy Joel to Elton John. Sometimes, teasing you with jazz, goofing off with camp, rocking a hard beat or slaying you with the pathos of a heartfelt ballad, Quarter to Four is developing a formula not often encountered in the classic cabaret scene.
