I was only able to catch the first few songs. Image and sound quality were good. Appreciated the small live audience - Stuart's sea songs really beg for singers-along, and just me at my desk wasn't going to cut it.

Loved Stu, but had a small synch issue (audio about 1/2 second behind), and we got kicked off before the concert was done. Audio and video quality were decent other than that.

The audio was excellent, however, the video was lagging by about one second. This made it difficult to watch. I checked it on two separate computers, both running Windows 8.1 and fast CPU's and both on FiOS running 40/40mbps. This was very disappointing and my wife is a professional cellist and she could not bear to watch! (although, she did listen). You need some way to either speed up the video, or delay the audio. This can be done via solid state, or the old fashioned way, by using two reel-to-reel tape recorders, just like we used to do at the major network I worked for, many years ago, to get the 7 second audio delay. Stu's knowledge and vocal talents were a pleasure to behold! David & Holly

(To date the concerts have raised nearly five tons of food.) From 1996-2009 his yearly performance of "The Ballad of Malverne Mel" - the theme song he wrote for Nassau County's official Groundhog's Day celebration - received widespread media coverage. He currently serves on the board of the Folk Music Society of Huntington, the Island's premier folk music organization, where he chairs the community outreach committee, bringing the many local folk scenes into contact and cooperation.
