You guys sounded great. Patrick, you're keeping the spirit of Johnny Cunningham (and many others) alive. Thanks for letting me know about it, and keep on fiddlin'!

Concert was fine. But really guys....NOTHING works from an iPad. Can't order, can't even log in. Really? How long you been operating? What decade is this? Make it happen already! Be nice if the "Submit Review" button worked, while we're at it. C'mon guys....you ARE prime time. You should be ready for it. I'd probably watch ten times the shows if it wasn't such a hassle.

THIS IS A SPECIAL FAREWELL SHOW BEFORE TAKING OFF FOR TOUR WITH RIVERDANCE, FEATURING ALAN MURRAY ON GUITAR!

Fiddler Patrick Mangan is from Brooklyn, New York. The two-time All-Ireland champion studied with renowned player and teacher, Brian Conway. He was also mentored by the late Sligo fiddle legends Andy McGann and Paddy Reynolds. At sixteen, Patrick appeared in Riverdance on Broadway, becoming the youngest fiddle player in the show’s history. Since then, he has performed with Riverdance at some of the most prestigious venues around the globe, as a featured soloist from 2006 through the present. He has played to enthralled audiences across the US, Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Switzerland, Japan, China, Taiwan, South Africa, Israel, Australia, and New Zealand. He has also toured with Irish music luminaries John Whelan, Cathie Ryan, and Moya Brennan.

Noted Irish Echo and Wall Street Journal music critic, Earle Hitchner, has stated that Patrick "embodies all that is admirable and durable about the Irish tradition in America." Other accolades include first prize honors for instrumental composition in the BMG-sponsored World of Expression competition in 2002 for his piece “September Sky.”

Patrick is currently in demand as a performer, teacher, and studio musician in NYC. He is composer and musical director for "Ireland the Show," and starting January 16, he will embark on Riverdance's 20th Anniversary world tour, serving as fiddle soloist and musical director.

His debut CD, "Farewell to Ireland" is currently available at www.cdbaby.com/mangan
