Chance Gardner is a singer-songwriter in Folk/Americana and Blues and performing solo, duo or with an acoustic trio. Chance's first gig as a teenager was a showcase for Georgia's Capricorn Records on acoustic guitar. Chance has won 4 Hawaii Music Awards (Internet voting Worldwide) in Rock and Blues, two-time Grammy Qualifying Nominee and others including NA HOKU HANOHANO AWARDS (Hawaiian Grammys) nominee along with Jack Johnson. His favorite artists to listen to are John Prine, Lyle Lovett, John Hiatt, Joe Ely, Bobby Dylan and, of course John Lee Hooker.

Chance also sings and plays Blues standards and originals in Chance and the BluesDaddies, described as a Rockin' Blues Band that can melt the coldest heart with blues music cooked on a grill with rocket fuel but he will only play guitar with his teeth when he feels like it (see Chance Gardner Band). Chance was raised in 'The Great American South' and learned the Blues from Earring George Mayweather (JB Hutto's band in Chicago), his brother Sylas Hubbard Jr, Stovall Brown, Sax Gordon and more; Even learned a song in Spanish Tuning from the legendary Honeyboy Edwards.
