With the number of GREAT performers, you might think that whoever was in charge of the webcast would have had the technological expertise to stream it as well as 99% of the other shows on Concert Window. But no. They lacked the equipment, the expertise, and maybe the budget to do it right. The sound was so bad I bailed out after the first performance on both nights. They seemed to be unable to control the peaking of the mics on both evenings and even with 24 hours to experiment between shows, could not get it together. The camera was so far away that the performers could not be seen. So, both visually and sound wise, this was a dis-service to both your subscribers and the great performers they had lined up. Really disappointing.

The performers were great but the quality of the sound was lacking due to technical issues in the transmission. There could be better visuals as well since the people are really just a blur on the screen. It's a good attempt at sharing more music so I hope it continues. Thank you!

The concerts and performers were first rate. The broadcast and sound were amateurish and of very poor quality. The camera only appeared to correctly focus once for a few seconds, sound bounced about and suffered from feedback and distortion. Excuses don't work here, either test out your equipment and broadcast before hand (rehearse) to make it great or don't broadcast. You do dis-service to a good performer and insult an excellent performer when the broadcast is not first rate. I appreciated the opportunity to see the concert and be a part of the event again without the travel, costs and time involved to be in that special time warp location. We look forward to great performances and a better broadcast this evening. Off to ukulele lessons. End.

Music was good. Video was poor - couldn't see anyone's faces - too far away from camera. Sound poor at times.

Mostly poor quality video (tiny musicians on wide view of stage, not sharply focused, with overexposed aperture setting washing out detail), and pretty unbearable distorted sound from one vocal mic.
