wish we could have enjoyed it. Phoebe and Conner were great. I wanted to see her live for some time. However the audio and video stream were horrible. The feed would often repeat and one time just died all together for about 2 minutes. We made it through 2 songs and gave up. It was just too frustrating.
Some delays early on yet well worth it !
wonderful what I heard I really enjoyed
It was awesome as always, to see Phoebe and Connor together. There is a long history of these two, and a bit of it went down tonight, as well as some memories of a stop at the headwaters, on a previous musical adventure with these two. Can't wait for the new CD they have been working on forever now, but it looks closer. Thank you again Concert Window, for bringing Phoebe and Connor into my living room tonight.
We didn't see most of it because the streaming video stopped.
I only managed to tune in for the second set but I loved the show. Thanks, Guy!
Beth Wood was really good. It was the firs time I had seen her perform after learning of her about a month ago.
Bugle Boy is the best venue for a webcast on Concert Window. Audio is crisp and much louder then other venues. I actually had to turn down my volume after watching a show from Passim earlier in the evening. It also seems the two cameras are HD and it makes the two camera angles even better.
Great show. The live streaming could've been better, though.
Incredible Concert!! Of course I'm biased....I'm Beth's booking agent, but I don't book people I don't admire, and tonight's performance just reinforced my respect for Beth and the Bugle Boy!
Vicky is always great to listen to and I'm not just saying that because she is my niece. I would have loved to have been there in person.
What a wonderful concert. Vicky is an incredible artist and performer. The Bugle Boy is a matchless venue.
loved the group, and web streaming worked ok with a couple of glitches
Shady Rill were outstanding. The scope of their rich collection of songs and instrumentation never fails to amaze me. Sound and video quality during the concert were excellent. There were some technical difficulties (feed delays) in the first set about 9:10pm - 9:12pm EST and about 9:50pm EST continuing through the rest of the concert to 11:05pm EST. Text access continued throughout the concert so I know by others' comments that they were having the same problems. Most viewers seemed to be in Vermont, Maryland, North Carolina, several mid-western states and Texas (point of origin) so the cause of the delays must lie close to the origin or in the trunk. It may be time for the FCC to step up to the plate and think about coordinating bandwidth demands. -- Dick S.
I loved it. They are a great duo with very compatible, beautiful voices and such musical talents! The webcast worked well. There was a short time during the intermission when it stopped briefly. I switched to low res once in a while but otherwise it was great.
Patti and Tom were great, as expected. Patti was always an outstanding singer, now she's a killer guitarist and clogger too! The duo puts out a big, lively sound, sometimes astonishing in its fullness.
The webcast suffered a LOT of technical issues--at some points audio and video stopped for minutes at a time. If the next webcast I attend from the Bugle Boy has the same problems, it'll be my last.
The music was terrific...we loved it! But the webcast had technical problems that made the whole experience a lot less pleasant. Soon after the 2nd set started it was very difficult - actually impossible for a while - to hold the stream (or whatever the technical term for that is).
Loved the artists. Stream intermittently kept breaking up, though.. very annoying. Sounded like from comments that many others watching had same problem.
I give 5 stars for Shady Rill's gifted performance but the webcast itself was a little glitchy at times.
Great show, great venue
