In 2003, TCAN opened its doors in downtown – following an impassioned rescue mission by a group of local citizens and the thoughtful restoration of Natick’s historic (c. 1875) Central Fire Station on Summer Street – into the premier performing arts center in the MetroWest Boston area. TCAN draws nearly 20,000 attendees to its 300 performances, classes, lectures, film programs, and art exhibitions each year, all staged in an intimate 270-seat performance space.less
Charlie Farren has long been known for great songs, great singing, and for outstanding live solo acoustic performances. Alone onstage with acoustic guitar in hand, Charlie captures an audience with his unique delivery, insightful lyrics, memorable songs, soaring vocal, and subtle yet innovative guitar style. It wasn't always quite so subtle, as Charlie formed this original self-taught style with a history of successful, hard-crunching rock bands through the 80s... including The Joe Perry Project and Farrenheit. "Charlie is contagious, displaying a candor rarely demonstrated by former arena rock stars. It's clear he has not lost the ability to captivate a room full of people no matter what the size." writes Tom Dempsey of SoundCheck magazine. His live solo performances remain the perfect forum for his remarkable talents. Charlie continues to be one of America's most original and compelling musical artists. He takes the stage alone, and leaves the stage with a roomful of new believers. CharlieFarren.comRemind Me
Love Red Molly, soulful, great singing, playing - a lot of good humor and energy. A don't miss group!
Red Molly is always 5 star entertainment and the opener was also entertaining
The Red Molly Concert was fantastic! I have been a big fan of Red Molly ever since I first saw them at the New Bedford Summerfest about 6 years ago. Watching and listening to their live performance last night through Concert Window was great. The sound was excellent. I danced with my partner in the privacy of my livingroom through the whole concert. I did not remove my clothes as Red Molly suggested home-viewers might consider, but I got a laugh out of that suggestion! And I love the pay what you want method. I can't wait to get their new CD. Thanks ladies!
Write your review here…Outstanding streaming and performance by a great group!
They did Vincent Black Lightning !! What's not to like about Red Molly singing about Red Molly.
What a treat ! This is the first time I've "seen" them and certainly not my last. I have a new favorite band. The webcast was wonderful for me because I couldn't be there, but it really did feel like I was. Been listening to them for a while now, but tonight I fell in love. Thank you so much for making the webcast possible.
Always a good show. The Porch Party Girls weren't bad, either...
Was awesome concert!! Audio and video were great! Few audio skips in the 2nd set, but other than that, it was excellent!
It was excellent. Such a nice surprise to be able to tune in and catch that show. The audio and video came through very clear and the band was just outstanding.
My wife and I thought That The Weight was AWESOME!!!If anybody should would or could cover The Band songs it's these talented musicians !! Thanks for showing this concert.
Wonderful show as there were not that many digital freezes. Great venue for long distance watching at a reasonable price.
Laurence Juber was excellent. The only disappointment was that the volume would not work when I connected my laptop to my tv.
However overall experience was great would do this again
Liked the variety of styles and huge technical proficiency. Johnny B. Goode as the final encore was upbeat perhaps good for audience participation but the weakest tune of the evening. I love the Beatles arrangements but was amazed by the standards such as Georgia, All of Me and Stormy Weather!!
I had bad wifi so I missed most of it.
Albert Cummings is my favorite Blues Artist! This rating has absolutely nothing to do with him as a performer! I have seem him live many times and was very disappointed with the Concert window. I don't know if the experience would have been different if I was at the venue, but there were definitely sound issues. I understand that the venue had DB limitations, so I am not sure if the sound was due to the venue. Also there were many times when there where issues with the stream loading. I have ATT Uverse High Speed internet. I think next time, I will go to the event in person.
Good band, good show, good streaming.
Simon and Garfukle tuens dominated, and some were done well, and others poor. there original stuff was very good.
Give me more, and make it available to watch over and over
I love Aztec two step s and g songs their songs
Love to hear and see them!!!
How can you expect me review this concert when it is still playing????? So far, so good
